1. Product Availability: All sales are subject to stock availability. We may substitute or cancel orders if items are unavailable.
2. Pricing & Payment: Prices may change without notice. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
3. Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are non-returnable.
5. Warranty: Manufacturer warranties may apply. Our liability is limited to the item’s purchase price.
6. Use: Customers are responsible for proper use and compliance with local building codes.
